By accepting to this WORK ORDER, the VENDOR/SERVICE PROVIDER commits to provide the
GOODS/OFFERED SERVICES in complete compliance with the terms stated herein and/or in any attachments of
this WORK ORDER. The information in this document must only be used to carry out the work order at hand. It
must not be leaked or divulged for any other use or purpose without the written permission of the OWNER. This
WORK ORDER along with its ANNEXURES/ENCLOSURES represent the entire CONTRACT between the
VENDOR/SERVICE PROVIDER and OWNER.
The VENDOR/SERVICE PROVIDER must revert with the duly signed and acknowledged WORK ORDER back
within seven (7) days of receipt. The responsibilities outlined in this document are not diminished by the failure to
return the acceptances form, but it could result in a delay in payments that are otherwise due and may be the cause
of termination of this WORK ORDER.
The VENDOR/SERVICE PROVIDER unconditionally accepts the WORK ORDER along with all the enclosures
forming part of this order by placing his signature on it
