2. In case of loan from bank, please provide us details of the Bank and the Executive handling your case

We will send you a detailed sheet giving clarity on the payment to be made along with date of registration of your agreement.

We hereby request you to execute the agreement within one month along with all the formalities to be completed on receiving the letter.

Stamp Duty and Registration charges to be paid vide cheque / DD drawn/online transfer in favor of (BLUE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, HDFC BANK, A/c- 00077630001760, IFSC- HDFC0000007, and BranchBhandarkar Road)

All the Agreement Value and GST to be paid vide cheque / DD drawn/online transfer in favor of (BLUE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, HDFC BANK, A/c- 50200046461415, IFSC- HDFC0000007, and BranchBhandarkar Road)

All out-station customers are requested to send Demand Drafts or Local Cheque of Pune.
